Embarking on the journey of completing the Star Coach Training & Leadership Development Programme has been one of the biggest achievements of my life. I qualified on a PCC level, but more importantly, I walked out with a whole new world of knowledge about myself and what makes me, Me. My outlook on life, family, friends and strangers has made a complete 360°, as well as the outlook I had on myself previously. I have made peace with most of the issues and trauma I have endured through life and accepted that this has all been part of my journey to learn to really know myself, and finally learn to love myself for who I was… who I am now… and through continuous learning, the person I ultimately will become.
I cannot thank STAR leadership and all the incredible people that make up this amazing “family”, enough, for the support, guidance, “eye opening” and insight they have given me during this course. The team was gentle when they sensed it was needed and pushed hard, when it was really needed, but all the time keeping the group on course and going beyond to help us all achieve and grow and thrive. I feel like I have changed and grown along this journey and I now feel equipped to carry on growing and learning and hopefully helping others to do the same.
