No, the programme is designed to accommodate both beginners and those with some prior coaching experience.

Our Leader as Coach programme gives participants a final Certificate of Attendance.

The Level 1 and 2 Coach Training programmes give participants a coach training certificate that is locally accredited through COMENSA and SAQA and  internationally accredited through ICF, the International Coaching Federation.

We offer our training programmes online over Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or face-to-face.

The Level 1 Coach Training programme gives participants a coach training certificate that is locally accredited through COMENSA and SAQA and  internationally accredited through ICF, the International Coaching Federation. 
While the specifics vary by programme, common models might include the GROW model, situational leadership, and transformational coaching techniques, among others.
We offer our training programmes online over Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or face-to-face. For the Level 1 Coach Training Programme, participants can join the public programme which is facilitated online at specific dates throughout the year. Should your organisation want to put a group through this programme, we can offer this programme in-house either face-to-face or online.
