Graduating from the Level 3 Coach Training programme through STAR Leadership is the first step towards getting a credential, but to apply for the credential requires you to have gained a specific amount of coaching hours.
Once you have 2500 + coaching hours:
- You can apply for PCC (Professional Certified Coach) via ICF
- You can apply for the CMC (COMENSA Master Coach) via COMENSA
