This advanced coaching short course consists of 2 modules spanning 86.5 hours of professional coach training. It’s for those aiming to improve their professional development coaching skills and meet the requirements for the ICF PCC credential. Going beyond Level 1, this course keeps the focus on personal development and self-awareness, taking your advanced coaching skills to the next level. Once you complete it, you’ll be awarded a Level 2 ICF Accredited Coach Training Certificate, showcasing your advanced leadership coaching expertise.
Module 4

Graduating from the Level 2 Coach Training programme through STAR Leadership is the first step towards getting a credential, but to apply for the credential requires you to have gained a specific amount of coaching hours.
Once you have 500 + coaching hours:
- You can apply for PCC (Professional Certified Coach) via ICF
- You can apply for the CSC (COMENSA Senior Coach) via COMENSA
