To join this programme, you must have completed Level 1 with STAR Leadership. Level 2 consists of 2 modules spanning 86.5 coach training hours. It’s for those aiming to up their coaching game and meet the requirements for the ICF PCC credential. Going beyond Level 1, this programme keeps the focus on personal growth and self-awareness, taking your coaching skills to the next level. Once you successfully complete it, you’ll be awarded a Level 2 ICF Accredited Coach Training Certificate, showcasing your advanced coaching expertise.
Module 4
The purpose of this module is to be the catalyst that enables you to be the change you want to see in the world. It is a deep dive into authenticity, and clarifying your real essence, and providing a new frame of reference to anchor your choices to.
Module 5
The purpose of this module is to leave knowing that there is nothing outside of yourself that can ever enable you to get better, stronger or happier – everything is within you. Module Five is about moving beyond the ego and aligning your values and purpose beyond your immediate self-interest.
By course end, you’ll grasp integrity and authenticity, harmonize your being for peak performance, and explore self-discipline for full potential. You’ll enhance relationships, engage in advanced conversations, and comprehend ethical guidelines and coaching standards governed by the ICF. Master effective questioning, progressive accountability, and client information integration for precise interpretations. Showcase expertise using extended coaching models.

– You can apply for the SCC (Senior Credentialed Coach) via COMENSA
